We have decided to relocate our existing blog from WordPress.com to our own servers.

This comes as we embark upon a healthy search engine optimisation period for the website which will hopefully see us march up the Google rankings.

We are sticking with WordPress and have installed the WordPress system on to our own servers, so if you’re a developer yourself, you can learn more about it at wordpress.org

We have also installed an automated tweet system that will post a tweet every time that we post a new blog.  You can check out the @athleticstrack twitter account here
